CHC Club is operated by Inspiro Creative Ltd, company number 13089362, of Unit 35, Moreland’s Trading Estate, Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ, United Kingdom.
In these terms, “CHC Club”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inspiro Creative Ltd. “You” and “member” refer to the business or professional using the platform and the person authorised to act for it.
2Eligibility and acceptance
CHC Club is intended for people acting for business or professional purposes in or connected with the cleaning industry. It is not intended for personal consumer use.
You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to represent the business named on the account and provide accurate information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create or use an account.
3Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

- do not share, sell or transfer your account
- keep your profile and supporting documents up to date
- use a strong password and protect access to your email account
4Verification and business checks
We may request company information, contact details, insurance documents or other evidence before enabling particular features. We may approve, reject, pause or repeat a review where information is incomplete, inconsistent or out of date.
Verification records a limited review at a particular time. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of identity, competence, creditworthiness, insurance cover, legal compliance or future conduct.
5Membership and access
Some features may require approval or a particular membership plan. Current features, prices, billing periods and any specific cancellation arrangements will be displayed before a paid membership is purchased.
We may improve, replace or withdraw features where reasonably necessary. We will not charge a new fee without presenting the relevant price and obtaining the agreement required by law.
6Member content
You remain responsible for profiles, posts, comments, adverts, files and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate and promote CHC Club. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for technical backups and material we must retain by law.
7Acceptable use
Use CHC Club professionally and respectfully. You must not use the platform to break the law, harm another person or interfere with the service.
- do not publish false, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive or infringing material
- do not send spam, scrape member data or use contact details for unrelated marketing
- do not upload malware or attempt to bypass security or access controls
- do not impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, insurance or business status
8Adverts, opportunities and member transactions
CHC Club helps members discover one another, but is not an employer, recruitment agency, broker or party to arrangements between members. Members must carry out their own checks and agree scope, pricing, payment, insurance and responsibilities directly.
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality or outcome of a job, subcontract, purchase, sale, referral or other opportunity posted by a member.
9Intellectual property
The CHC Club name, branding, platform design, software and content created by us are owned by or licensed to Inspiro Creative Ltd. You may use the platform for its intended business purpose, but may not copy, resell or exploit our protected material without written permission.
10Moderation, suspension and account closure
We may review, restrict or remove content and may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, another person may be at risk, verification has failed, or action is needed to protect the platform.
You may request account closure through the available account controls. Closing an account does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.
11Availability and liability
We will use reasonable care in operating CHC Club but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the platform or arrangements between members.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to CHC Club, our business or applicable law. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Where a change materially affects members, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice.
13Governing law and contact
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
