3Member content and opportunities
Profiles, vacancies, subcontracting opportunities, adverts, posts, comments and other member submissions are supplied by their authors. CHC Club does not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, current or suitable for you.

- confirm the scope, price, payment terms and responsibilities in writing
- carry out your own references, financial and practical checks
- report content that appears misleading, unsafe or unlawful
4Business checks are not guarantees
A CHC Club verification or business-check status means only that specified information or documents were reviewed at a particular time. It is not an endorsement, accreditation, credit check or guarantee of competence, solvency, insurance cover, conduct or future performance.
Documents and circumstances can change after review. Members must repeat any checks needed for their own commercial relationship.
5Commercial arrangements
Any quotation, instruction, subcontract, sale, purchase, referral, payment or other arrangement is made directly between the participating businesses. CHC Club is not a party to that arrangement and does not set, collect or guarantee payment unless a specific CHC service expressly says otherwise.
The businesses involved are responsible for agreeing enforceable terms, resolving disputes and meeting their own contractual, employment, tax and regulatory obligations.
6Insurance, licences and compliance
Each member is responsible for maintaining suitable insurance, licences, registrations, risk assessments, training and health and safety arrangements for the work they undertake.
The presence of an insurance document or company number on the platform does not remove your responsibility to verify that it is valid and appropriate for the proposed work.
7External websites and services
Links to third-party websites, products or services are provided for convenience. CHC Club does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
8Availability and security
We take reasonable care of the platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every harmful component can be prevented. Keep your own records and use appropriate security controls when communicating or sharing files.
9Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CHC Club and Inspiro Creative Ltd are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on member content, inability to access the platform, or commercial arrangements made between users.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10Questions and concerns
If you notice inaccurate content, suspicious activity or a safety concern, stop the relevant interaction and contact CHC Club. We may review or remove content, but cannot adjudicate private contractual disputes.
